Gangotri Dham
Gangotri is a town and a Nagar Panchayat in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand, India. It is located 99 km from Uttarkashi. It is a Hindu pilgrim town located on the banks of the river Bhagirathi which is the origin of the river Ganges. The Gangotri Temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Gangotri is the source of Holy river Ganga.
Gangotri temple remain closed during winter and opens in April-May month every year.
Kedarnath Dham
Kedarnath is a popular Hindu temple and one of the twelve jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. The temple is located on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini river, in the Uttarakhand. Due to extreme weather conditions, the temple remain open for the general public only between the months of April to November. Badrinath Dham
Badrinath Dham or Temple is a popular Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is located in the town of Badrinath in Uttarakhand, India. The temple is also considered as one of the 108 Divya Desams dedicated to Vishnu—holy shrines for Vaishnavas—who is worshiped as Badrinath. The temple is open for six months every year between the end of April and the beginning of November because of extreme weather conditions in the Himalayan region. The temple is located in Garhwal hill tracks in Chamoli district along the banks of Alaknanda River. It is one of the most visited pilgrimage centers of India.
